That's why we've created a new way for your child to always have the right-sized bicycle without the need to constantly buy new ones.

With Gro Club, every time you subscribe, you get a brand new bicycle. And when your child outgrows their bicycle, you simply return it and we provide a brand new, larger one. The returned bicycles aren't wasted either. They go through a process of regeneration where the frame is reused to create a brand new bicycle.

This way, you're not only ensuring your child always has a bicycle that's the right size, but you're also doing your bit for the planet by reducing waste and promoting reuse.

STEP 1

Choose Your Product

Browse through our wide range of bicycles suitable for different age groups, starting from 2 years old to adults. Each bicycle is brand new, high quality, and comes in vibrant colours.By choosing to subscribe, you're reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable future.

STEP 2

Choose Your Tenure

Choose the subscription tenure that suits you best. We offer 12 or 18 month tenures depending on the product. The fee you see is the annual subscription fee, not a security deposit. We understand this might be confusing, but rest assured, there are no hidden costs.

STEP 3

Set Up Your Payment

We offer two payment options for your convenience. You can pay the annual subscription fee upfront, or you can opt for a Zero Cost EMI option through our third-party providers, which allows you to split the annual subscription fee into monthly payments. Please note, we do not charge any security deposits

STEP 4

Complete the KYC Process

After checkout, you'll need to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process on the Gro Club app. This is a crucial step to ensure the safety and security of our transactions. Once your KYC is approved, we'll proceed to the next step.

STEP 5

Hassle-Free Ownership

With Gro Club, you enjoy hassle-free ownership. We offer doorstep service and maintenance for the entire period of the subscription. There is a lifetime warranty on all mechanical parts.

STEP 6

Receive Your Bicycle

Congratulations! You're now part of the Gro Club. Once your KYC is approved, we'll deliver your fully assembled brand new bicycle to your doorstep within 3 working days.

STEP 7

Enjoy Your Bicycle

Now, it's time for you or your child to enjoy the bicycle. Remember, we expect our bicycles to be ridden and loved, so don't worry about normal wear and tear.

STEP 8

Choose Your Next Step

When you're ready, you have three options:

OPTION 1

Upgrade

Choose to upgrade your bicycle. Children can upgrade their bicycle every time they outgrow them, and adults can choose to upgrade every 16 months. Plus, get a 10% off on your next subscription when you choose to upgrade. By upgrading, you're not only reusing and regenerating, but you're also preventing an additional item from ending up unused in the basement and eventually in a landfill. It's a win-win for you and the environment!

OPTION 2

Extend

If you're not ready for an upgrade, you can choose to extend your subscription by 6 months at a very nominal fee. For example, you can extend the Flyer & Warrior for as low as Rs 500 for 6 months. By extending, you're maximising the use of your item and reducing waste.

OPTION 3

Buy

Alternatively, you can choose to buy the bicycle outright. We offer a 30% discount on the MRP of the product if you choose to buy outright. Plus, we deduct what you have already paid for the subscription period from the price of the product. By buying, you're choosing to keep and continue using the item, reducing the need for new production.
